RS Transport questions

Hello,

I'm preparing to leave for my first trip to DLP! I'm planning to book RS Transport based on the positive reviews on this site, and also since I'm staying at Magic Circus (formerly HI) I thought it would be easier to have door-to-door service rather than take a shuttle from the TGV station. My question for those of you who have used this service is how much should I tip the drivers each way?

Also, do I need to call them upon landing or will they be waiting for me at the terminal based on my arrival time? Do I call them the day of my departure (or the day before) as well or will they just show up?

i have booked these for when we go in 2 weeks, but not used them before. The info they gave me is that they will collect us from our terminal , will have our name on a board so we know who they are. They wanted flight times and numbers so they can calculate what time to collect us. Dont know about tipping , we have paid up front but must admit i hadnt thought about a tip so im glad you mentioned it

You don't need to call them - as tinksprinkles says, they have your flight times etc, so they will be at your terminal exit waiting for you.

I tip my driver when we arrive at the hotel. If I was using them on a return journey, I would also tip the driver when we arrived back at the airport. How much you want to tip is entirely at your discretion.

i have used them twice and both times they have been waiting just as you exit the baggage claim area. they will have your name on a board. there is no need to call the day before or anything

tbh i have never tipped. so it is totally up to you what you tip.
