RPR renovation started in July

They have started the work at RPR,they are in the 7th floor in tower 1.

Thanks for the update Robert...good to know....I believe they are supposed to conclude w/ renos in December...before Christmas.

Checked in Wednesday 8/15 at about 1:00pm. I'm Gold and requested a Tower 1 renovated room at check-in. They had one available but it wasn't ready yet. I said fine as we were heading to the parks. They phoned me at 4:00 pm and gave me the room number.

They had completed the renovations 6th and 7th floors and were working their way down Tower 1. Hallways were repainted with new carpet was installed. Room was very nice with new bedspreads and lighter paint colors. Not a dramatic change but still very nice.
