Aren't most of the Loews employees first initial, last name @ loewshotels.com ?

Yes, all the contacts I have are first initial, last name. That should work. I'm glad they finally got a real manager too.

He doesn't answer very many emails. To his defense he was in training 3 days and then off on the weekend.
