Rpc ??

Will be staying at the RPC in the GR this July. I know alot of people weren't to happy with concierge at the GF, but I'm excited about going there. We normally stay at the CR & trying the GF for the first time. Any suggestions on room locations. We would love a pool view with a balcony. I know its not guarenteed, but I'd like to request it. Also, at the CR the concierge staff is on the same floor as your room, is it the same at rpc. I think I read that the lounge there is on a differant floor and does anyone know how many staff members there are. I know monetary tipping isn't allowed, but we're tippers, and if they can't/won't accept money I would like to give them some type of small gift(box of chocolates,etc) for there personal help. THanks in advance..

Hiya DG39, I think you are gonna love Royal Palm!!! And aren;t you are generous, I say give them chocolate. Always make people feel great. I think a pool view won't be a hard request to fill.

The lounge is on the 4th floor so any room on that floor will be close to the lounge. Room 4422 is actually a deluxe room but it has a balcony and a view of the newer pool and the wedding pavillion.
