how far is RP from parks? We stayed at HRH last time and walked - isn't there a boat that goes to the other hotels? HRH is booked the weekend we're going in july

RP is under 10 minutes (walking) from City Walk I believe. You can take a boat to and from RP too though, as well as the bike taxi thing.

About a 7 min walk to RPR brings you out at Margaritaville, or take the boat.

We stayed at HRH last time and walked...

I believe Portofino is just a little bit farther from City Walk than Hard Rock, but I think it's still a fairly quick walk. I'm not 100% sure though since I've never walked to Portofino.

Check the sticky threads though because I THINK the walking distances are covered in there somewhere.

As:
RPR - IOA. ~ 7 minutes
PBH - HRH: ~ 5 minutes
HRH - USF: ~ 5 minutes
PBH- USF: ~ 12 minutes
IOA-USF: ~ 5 minutes

Took us when we stayed last year at PBH at least 15mins, depending where you are staying at PBH,recommend to take the water taxi, although its a nice walk.

I would recommend just walking. you have to time the boats just right sometimes. We always walk unless it's raining pretty hard, then we take the boat. it's a fun and exciting walk and it's good exercise
