OK - Big decision here. . .

We have Corbyn who will be four yrs. when we go to Disney this summer.
We are definitely planning one of the princess meals, but we are also doing the DDP. Cinderella's is 2 table services and Epcot Storybook is 1.
Corbyn loves all of the princesses so I am not that worried but I just wanted all of your thoughts on the entire experience at each. . .quality of food, service, amount of characters, special activities. . .whatever you can think of.

Is the Round Table worth the extra table service?

TIA

we took Dniece- 4yrs old last december- I think she had a better time in Norway- there were much more princesses there- more interaction- personally I thought Norway was better too- the food was no big deal at either place- the only thing that is cool about CRT- is you get to eat in the Castle-

I would say- Norway and then do maybe dinner at 1900 Park Fare with Cinderella and The Prince- I think that is one credit.

I have never done the Norway princess meal so I can not give my thoughts there.
But I have done the castle and love it. The expressions on the little girls face when they walk in the castle is worth it. It is a very nice meal. You're seated at a table and served. No getting up.
I was not that crazy about 1900 Park fare becasue it was buffet. I felt rushed to get my food and get back to the table so I won't miss Cindy. We barely ate.
I am going back in January and doing the castle this time. My youngest who is 3 has never ate in the castle and I know she will love it.
Either way I'm sure you'll love it.

We too loved the castle and the food was pretty much basic breakfast foods.

I'm not sure about Norway as we have not eaten there but how often do you get to eat in the Castle. I would also look into 1900 as that has gotten good reviews as well.

We usually go to the Storybook breakfast, but we also did the castle on one trip. While the castle IS the castle, the experience for my nieces in Norway was just as magical! pixiedust: The meal is served family style, so you don't have the bother of a buffet. The food & service has never been a problem. We have an ADR for our upcoming trip. princess:

We've brought DD to 1900 PF, Norway, and CRT meals over the past year. We liked 1900 PF and Norway. HATED CRT.

At CRT, we were rushed and had an absolutely horrible waiter. On top of ignoring us- other servers brought coffee, juice, etc to us, he was just obnoxious when he did talk to us. We went for breakfast. My plate was cleared before I was finished-- the fruit plate and breakfast was obviously not touched! When I stopped him, he just dropped the plate in front of me. Also, my DD's birthday was noted on the reservation and he failed to acknowledge it.

I know it's not something they have to do (recognize birthdays), but why even bother to ask if there was anything special if they aren't going to do anything with that info?

I realize our opinion was completely tainted by our server. But it hardly seems worth the 2 TS credits.

I'd rather have two princess meals, as a PP suggested.

Norway's Princess Storybook is set in a castle, it's just not really castle like outside. If you have breakfast there, it's brought to the table. Lunch and Dinner has an appetizer/salad buffet and they bring your meal to the table.
You can buy a photo package here. They have a featured princess and your picture is taken prior to seating. The featured princess is usually wearing a fancy dress-- Ariel wears a white gown, Belle wears the yellow gown (but Belle circulating wears the blue dress). You probably see an extra princess or two here.

1900 PF is all buffet. It's a very good buffet, compared to the other ones there. We really enjoy it. Being in the Grand Floridian can feel special-- take time to walk around the lobby, listen to the live music, etc.

We love Norway and wasn't impressed by the castle which is funny because we thought it would be the opposite. The princesses at Norway interact alot with the kids and the food is wayyy better.
