I bid on Priceline Saturday morning, for Saturday night and paid $55 + taxes and fees (and then had to pay $8 + taxes when we got there for a resort fee).

I was worried about getting a king smoking room, as I had my kids with me, but this is a non-smoking hotel, so that was great. When we checked in, I asked about a double room and the guy was really nice and said he was changing it to that. We ended up on the 12th floor over looking DTD and MK. The room was great, 2 doubles and a sofa bed. So we each got our own bed :yay:

Yes, the hotel is older, but it was clean and the staff were all very friendly. I would stay there again and for the price, was very happy.

Does anyone have pictures? Looking a staying here for a few nights and they have a great 30% deal.

Hi, for the Priceline bids, you have to take what they give you right? Glad to hea it wasnt a smoking room, for 2 adults and 1 child only 1 king would REALLY be a bummer

I'm checking in there this afternoon, and just found out that in addition to the resort fee ($8) they have now instituted an additional parking fee ($8) which is run through an additional company.

NOT happy about this at all! Oh, and internet is an additional charge as well!

I'm beginning to wonder if my fondness for their toiletries and location is worth this.....

Thanks for posting we have a 1 night ressie here in November. :)

We stayed there for 8 nights in August with a Mousesavers rate and we had 11th floor, west tower view of DTD, Epcot, MK and it was FABULOUS. The hotel was beautiful and the service wonderful! The beds were heaven and the maid service exceptional. I don't know but this was better than the Disney resorts, honestly! And we were within walking distance of DTD and the bus shuttles were awesome! (Your $8 resort fee at work, folks) We were very, very satisfied with this wonderful hotel and the service! I can't say enough about it, really, really great!! I would recommend it to anyone.:thumbsup2

We are staying for one night in November. What do we need to board their busses...? Show a room key? Sign up ahead of time? Thanks :)

We stayed here in June for a quick weekend getaway. The rooms were good size and the bathroom was huge. We stayed in a tower room on the 12th floor (I believe) and had a great view of the fireworks each night. As far as the buses we did not use them, but from I what I could tell it was just like Disney property buses, a bus stop just the left of the doors with benches and the buses stopped. I would recommend asking the front desk when you check in on times, but otherwise easy to find. I used the mousesaver rate for this room and yes had to pay the $8 resort fee when we checked in for each day. We did not have to pay for parking so they must have just changed that.
