I was trying to make reservations for next April for the hotel online thru the official site and was unable to. I tried a couple of weak demand weeks and continued to get the same message. Are they sold out? or the online just does not work because the hotel is not operating yet.

I would guess they aren't taking reservations that far out yet.

Why don't you call 1-800-23-LOEWS or 1-888-UESCAPE and find out for sure.
