Has anyone stayed at the Royal Pacific Orlando?
Is it worth the money and are the onsite advantages good?
I wanted to spend a week here to visit Seaworld/malls.
Any suggestions/advice please
is the food expensive at the hotel?
Thanks
CJ

We stayed here for one night for our quick trip in early Dec - we were doing Disney and thought we'd surprise my little one and try to meet Spongebob Squarepants.

Anyway, the hotel is very nice! We LOVED it!!! Front of the Line passes were so nice - even though the parks weren't that crowded. We caught the boat from the hotel and went right over to Universal Studios. We had dinner at Hard Rock Cafe (prices were OK) and then spent the evening on the "Boardwalk". Then we caught the boat back to the hotel. Very quick and easy! Our room overlooked some of the rides at Islands of Adventure, and we could see the huge pool downstairs. (We didn't swim, as we thought it was too chilly!) The next morning, we checked out and headed over to Disney. We really didn't get to eat any meals at the hotel, but when I looked at the room service menu, the prices are about what you'd pay at any other hotel (a little high, but room service usually is). We were very pleased with our stay and we'd like to stay longer when we go back next summer.

Of the 3 resort hotels, RPR generally has the best deals. Rooms are smaller than at the other hotels, but nice.

The restaurants at the hotel are on the pricey side, although Islands Dining Room has a very reasonably priced kids' buffet.
