My sister and I are taking our 78 year old mother with us to Universal and staying at the RPH. We figured she'd rather be close to the elevator. Is this something you can request in advance, and does anyone know if it is noisy? Never stayed at RPH, so I'm not sure what the lay out is like. Tks! :cool1:

The closest rooms to the elevator is the Executive Suites. The hallway noise is not too bad. You can request close to the elevator in advance. I'd fax the request 3 or 4 days in advance.

It's nice the way they are laid out because the elevators are sorta in their own hallway area. The noise level will just depend on how quiet the guests are around that area. But like Mother said, the suites are the closest to the elevator. I've stayed in them and never heard any noise. And, I'm very noise sensitive.
