You can expect the same level of service once you're there, but don't expect any pre-trip planning like at Disney. I'm sure you can contact them before hand if you really need something, but don't expect a proactive itinerary planning sheet like you typically get from Disney.
Breakfast is standard continental fare. Probably similar to any Disney concierge breakfast (muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, warm cinnamon buns, fresh fruit, pastries, etc). Fresh-squeezed juice. Assortment of teas. Coffee.
Snacks vary. Sometimes cookies. Usually fruit. Sometimes snack bags of chips.
"Beer O'Clock" is 5-7pm. Beer and wine is free. Expect to pay for any mixed drinks ($5 pour), which is different than Disney. There are always chips, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cheese and crackers, veggies and dips. Then, there is usually one or two types of cold salads (e.g. pasta salad, shrimp salad, fresh cole slaw, etc), and one hot appetizer (e.g., chicken or beef skewers, shrimp, dumplings, spring rolls, tortellini, etc). There are usually PB&J uncrustables for the kids as well. Also different from Disney: you need to ask for beer or wine, and sometimes they do or do not enforce the one drink per person at at time policy.
Dessert is later. I want to say 8-9? We've never made it to dessert. There are no cordials (different from Disney). The only alcohol is between 5-7. That's it. If you don't make it to the club lounge between those hours, you will not get alcohol (for the most part). RPR Club usually features several types of decadent cakes. Sometimes cookies.
Enjoy the club lounge. Say hi to Yoko and Beau ... we actually just today got a Christmas card from them.
Another way RPR Club is different from Disney concierge: they accept tips. If you want something special (like beers outside of hours, if they can do it or you want them to hold a dessert for you or give it to you early if you can't make dessert hours), be sure to tip them. Or bring them a gift. We haven't been there in a year, and they still remember us. Now we need to go back. Dang Platinum not including club level in its upgrade benefits.
