Royal Guest room

Just booked port Orleans riverside got a royal guest room. Does anyone know where they are located. Are they near the main building.

You can visit portorleans.org and click on maps and transportation and you will see the location of the Royal Guest Rooms. They are the buildings in red on the Map. They are located in Oak Manor and Parterre Place which are mansion buildings.

I just checked out of a Royal Guest Room this morning. We were in Oak Manor with a river view. It is conveniently located to the main building - less than a ten minute walk.

are the royal guest rooms extremely princessy? If so, my daughter would love it. But on the other hand, my son would not.

Check out the photos on portorleans.org. I personally don't think they are too "princessy". I think that's why they are called Royal Rooms and not Princess Rooms so it doesn't isolate boys. The bedspreads are a dark color and there's a few princess touches throughout the room, but nothing over the top.

All of the Royal Rooms are in the Oak Manor and Parterre Place mansion buildings. There's a bridge across the river to the main building in between the two buildings, but I think Oak Manor is in a better location if you'll be walking to the main pool at all. Parterre Place is the furthest mansion, closest to POFQ. It can be a hike if you are on the end closest to POFQ. You can request either building.

thanks for the info! I did check out that website and the rooms don't look too girly at all. I think my son would enjoy one just as much as his sister. Thanks!

I didn't think the room was "girly". I think boys will be comfortable in a Royal Guest Room.
