Royal Engagement package

I'll be booking CRT tomorrow as one of my adr's (hopefully) and my question is, dpes the Payment initially used to book crt go towards the engagement package booking or is the $350 an entirely separate charge? I tried searching online and couldn't really pin down an answer, thank you.
