Royal Carriage Stroller Swap Part 2--closed

We arrived at BCV and #5 is safely in our possession. Took it for a spin to Epcot just to see how it handled and everything seems fine to me. (It's a little hard to steer with two kids in it, but I think this is how the stroller was made, not because something is wrong with it ). It's a little faded and/or dirty, but still perfectly fine.

Hoping I have no issues when I drop it off.

I was confused for a minute but then I see Laurel has 2 strollers heading to her I am catching on!

I'm actually sitting RC5, but it might work out that I can use it because my little cousin (7 y.o.) is part of our group, and I think my Aunt would benefit from giving her a little rest. I just have to find out how much she weighs. I think she's a peanut, so it shouldn't be a problem.

If we don't use it, it will have a little rest in our hotel closet.

Does anyone know if either stroller needs anything (other than the duck tape)? I'd be glad to pick something up on my way down.

Actually one stroller has the extra kid shade and two rain covers. The other one doesn't have anything at all.

Other than that, in September all was good!

I am so confused....I guess I did something wrong I know that you can choose who you want to be a part of the swap but I guess I just don't get what I could have said wrong.....I asked twice the first time I was told to wait and see then the next I was told my dates were taken...I watched the board because I actually enjoyed all of you then I kept reading about a few days during my stay end of Oct that there was nobody and you were trying to find someone so the stroller didn't have to wait around then I see that someone is stroller sitting and not actually using it during my stay...Again I think it is wonderful that this stroller swap is available and I would have loved to take part

In order to avoid Pop Century Luggage services and make it easy, I was wondering if one can use luggage services even if no one is staying at that hotel? (i.e, person #1 drops off at Polynesian although they are staying at Pop and person #2 picks up at Poly although they are staying at BLT).

just trying to figure out our arrangements to avoid Pop and limit extra rides on the busses...

I personally don't see a problem with it but honestly, I've never had anyone try it. My only concern would be if the Poly would have a problem with it. Maybe calling and asking before hand? That way you will have it covered incase they won't let you. I'd hate for you to get there and they say nope not happening and you having to make other arrangements at the last minute.

I heard from SandrA and all is set for Oct 26th pick up UNLESS someone is joining the swap I see a few people trying to get in.Please tell me ASAP or Lori will be leaving the stroller on Oct 26th for the sitter to pick up.I will assume that is still the plan until told otherwise.Lori's last day home is Sunday so let me know any changes by then, pretty please

We have a split stay we are arriving ASMusic 10/24-10/29 but wont need a stroller until 10/26 then we will be at Port Orleans Riverside 10/29-11/3 ...I think from what I read there was a stroller available 10/26-10/30 and that Laural was taking them both just to stroller sit one of them 10/30-11/7...Thank you and sorry for my vent

Ok, thanks. I've never used Luggage Services before and was just wondering if they ask for anything to "prove" you are staying at that resort.

Since you all have dropped off at LS, I was just curious if they are asking you for verification.

The person before me won't have a rental car and is staying at Pop...our flights don't allow a personal hand-off...I'm just trying to find a way to make it easier on her for hand-off. If she can drop off someplace easier for her than BLT, I'm willing to work with her on that.
