Royal Caribbean Universal package

Has anyone done the universal royal Caribbean cruise package? I can't find very much about it, review wise or price wise? Considering a trip down last week of march. Is it too late to get booked. If not, do you think this is a busy time for spring breakers? First time to universal. What are some of the must knows?

I priced this out about 1.5 years ago, and it was definitely less to book hotel separately and buy tickets on you own - especially if you can find a special like buy 2 days, get one free or use a discount site like undercover tourist. That being said, it was not astronomically higher than the package RCI offers, so the convenience factor may be worth it to you. We were planning it before a Freedom of the Seas cruise from Port Canaveral. Having RCI provide the transportation to the port may be easier. I did find a lot of information on cruise critic dot com and believe I had to call the toll free number to RCI to get more info. In the end, I did book all pieces of our trip on my own, but it's always to see if there are specials - RCI has some good sales right now.

pricing it out, components always have been cheaper booked independently for dates I've checked.

that said, if you're looking at a cruise the end of march, 20014, it's rather last minute. Most who have already booked are past cancellation period and the cruise rates should be dirt cheap; especially if you dig around. It will be non-refundable at this point so make sure you are 100% 'on-board'.
