Route from Windsor Palms to the World??

I know I've seen it on here before, but can't seem to find it now. Would someone give me the directions from Windsor Palms to WDW? Do you go the same way for all the parks? Any info is greatly appreciated. THANKS

When you leave WP turn left onto Sand Hill Rd (Formosa Gardens Blvd) and then turn right onto Funie Steed (dirt road section less than a mile) and follow it to Entry Point Rd. Turn left and cross the intersection of 192 at the lights and it changes to Sherberth Rd. Follow that to the lights and turn right (you're right beside Animal Kingdom)and you can follow the signs to whichever Disney park you want. It's very easy once you've done it.
When you leave Disney follow the signs for the Animal Kingdom area and then as you get closer follow the sign for Animal Kingdom Lodge. This will take you back to the Sherberth Rd intersection that you came in on. Turn left and just return the way you came.
You can also follow 192 east until you get to World Dr and go in that way. There will probably be more traffic this way.
Here's a map for you to see. I added the shortcuts from WP and the FG area. The blue line uses Funie Steed to get to Sherberth and the green line uses FG Blvd to get to 192 and then Sherberth.
Windsor Palms is #13.
