roughly how much do the price per point increase each year?

I know it is different from year to year but roughly how much do they go up from year to year.

I know now they are around $104 per point. Wondering if how much it would cost me if we did not buy all our points this year but purchased the minimum then added more points in the years to come.

Do they go up $1,$2,$3,...$10,etc per year?

well you could always buy resale and it would be cheaper there is a chart somewhere that has the increases so far .I will see if I can find it somewhere.

Fall , 2006 --AKV announced.
February 1, 2007 - AKV sales begin for existing members.
March, 2007 -- $104 per point. (160 point minimum)
September 1, 2007 -- AKV opens as part of main AKL resort.
Spring, 2009 -- AKV opening.

Looks like about $3 a point recently, increased every year or so. But I don't know, it is feeling kinda expensive now. I am not sure the market will continue to bear such a rapid increase in prices in the coming year or two. $107??? That seems REALLY expensive, especially given the 160 pt minimum. Resales will be bigger and bigger I think as time goes on.

Keep in mind that most resales have an expiration date of 2042. That will start becoming a difference maker as we go down the line.

And a 3% increase in cost isn't a huge increase. My guess is that they won't have any problem getting that. $3 a point only translates to another $480 increase in the overall purchase price...not all that huge of an increase for a $16,000+ purchase.
