Hello everyone! I have a question for you seasoned cruise travelers out there...What is considered a "normal" amount of rocking and rolling on a cruise for you? The reason that I ask this question is that my family took a 7 night cruise to E. Carribbean on the Magic in Nov. 2004 that was the first cruise for all of us..and by all accounts I would consider the seas to be pretty rough..most days the seas were in the 10-12 ft range and a few days the seas were in the 18-20 ft range...From accounts from friends that had cruised before, I got the impression that they hardly felt any movement at all so I was a little surprised with our experience...Don't get me wrong..the cruise was WONDERFUL..no one got sick or anything but I admit to being a little nervous for a day or so..
We are taking another cruise in a couple of weeks so I just thought I would get some imput from my fellow DCL travelers on my experience and if my expectation were too high...Is all of the rock and rolling a normal thing?? Thanks
