Im a disney visa card holder and I didn't get anything? Do I have to call in? Also is this for dining or room discount? What is this rollout?

Yes, you need to call. I generally don't get the email until late in the day, or even the next day, after these discounts become available. Just tell the CM that answers the phone that you want the summer Disney Visa discount - they know what it is!

Congrats! Just wondering if you know what the percentages are? Are they giving any discount to tickets?

I got 15% off. Pretty sure that's the standard value discount. Mods are usually 20% off; deluxes are 30% off and there are always exclusions and blackout dates.

The summer discount does not usually include free dining. It has historically been a percentage off the room.

Okay, I understand...thank you. But then what is the purpose of the blackout dates? Do the room rates change on those dates?
