We woke at 8.00a.m.
The family in the room next door had two very young children who were crying loudly so even DH had to admit it was time to get up!
We tried Breakfast in Beaver Creek Tavern - and found it to be the same as Hunter's Grill. Again we sneaked out a few rolls to feed the birds with on our way to the parks! It was a beautiful day again with bright sunshine and blue skies, perfect for a day exploring Disneyland Park.<?xml:namespace prefix = v ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" /><v:shape id=_x0000_i1026 style="WIDTH: 200.25pt; HEIGHT: 150pt" alt="user posted image" type="#_x0000_t75"><v:imagedata o:href="http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d39/HazelOwers/Dlrp094267x200.jpg" src="file:///C:\DOCUME~1\Hazel\LOCALS~1\Temp\msohtml1\01\clip_image002.jpg"></v:imagedata></v:shape>
DS Me & DD
We headed straight for Indiana Jones as DH and DS hadn't even seen this ride before - and we all rode it twice without any wait. While the family shopped in Adventureland I headed to BTM and got some Fastpasses. We met up by the Suspension bridge in Adventureland and then spent an enjoyable forty minutes exploring the caves around Skull Rock. DS and I played an adventure game, pretending that we were explorers hunting for a Dragon. It was a really lovely day to be outside and we had that whole area pretty much to ourselves. DS loved me playing the game and it made me happy to spend the morning doing something fun with him.

Me - being a big kid!
Next we climbed the Treehouse which is a great attraction and we really took time to look at all the details. Time to use our Fastpasses for BTM so we rushed back to Frontierland and were on the ride immediately.

BTM is definitely our favourite ride at <ST1:pPark </ST1:pand we never get tired of it.
We joined the queue for Mickey's Winter Wonderland which was a lovely show, although the rest of the family didn't seem to enjoy it as much as I did. The ponies were very popular with all the children in the audience and i thought the show was the right length as it got a little cold sitting still! I went off to get another Fastpass for BTM and two for space Mountain and met everyone back at Cowboy Cookout for lunch. It was after 1pm now and we had a reservation for dinner at Blue Lagoon for 6pm so we ordered 1 chicken platter meal and 1 bbq ribs meal and shared them between the four of us. Including extra drinks it cost 25 euros and it was very nice. We went on BTM again using our Fastpasses then queued for Phantom Manor. We only waited five minutes and really enjoyed the ride. You always notice little things you didn't see last time! As the park was fairly busy we opted not to queue too much and next went to the Aladdin walkthrough which although not exciting is certainly worth a look. DS and I were still playing the explorers game on and off and so when we explored the castle we decided that it was time to find the Dragon! She really is wonderful and many of the children looking at her couldn't believe she was animatronic.

The Dragon
We strolled through Fantasyland, taking lots of time in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com /><st1:PlaceName w:st=Disneyland</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st=" /><st1:City w:st="on"><ST1:pAlice</ST1:p</st1:City>’s Curious Labyrinth and admiring the view from the castle there. DS and I queued for 20 minutes to ride the teacups which seemed quite a long wait. Magic Unlimited meant that once on the ride we were able to stay as long as we wanted to. Three goes was enough and we met up with DH and DD who had been on IASW. Our Fastpasses for <ST1:p<st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Space</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Mountain</st1:PlaceType></ST1:place were for between 5.15 and 5.45 and it was now 4pm. We entered Discoveryland and queued twenty minutes for Orbitron. I know it isn't great but we find it quite a fun ride to do together and the queues were all around the same length. Next we wandered through Nautilus which we barely remembered so the Octopus scared us a bit! <v:shape id=_x0000_i1030 style="WIDTH: 13.5pt; HEIGHT: 22.5pt" alt="scared.gif" type="#_x0000_t75"><v:imagedata o:href="http://67.15.129.139/5825/114/emo/scared.gif" src="file:///C:\DOCUME~1\Hazel\LOCALS~1\Temp\msohtml1\01\clip_image006.gif"></v:imagedata></v:shape>
DD and I rode <ST1:p<st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Space</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Mountain</st1:PlaceType></ST1:place and I was apprehensive. During our last visit DS and I rode it but he ended up in the Medical Centre with whiplash injuries <v:shape id=_x0000_i1031 style="WIDTH: 11.25pt; HEIGHT: 11.25pt" alt="sad.gif" type="#_x0000_t75"><v:imagedata o:href="http://67.15.129.139/5825/114/emo/sad.gif" src="file:///C:\DOCUME~1\Hazel\LOCALS~1\Temp\msohtml1\01\clip_image007.gif"></v:imagedata></v:shape>I HATE Space Mountain! Why does your head have to get so bashed about? DD enjoyed it so I rode it again with her as it was Magic Unlimited - but I don't think I will again. <v:shape id=_x0000_i1032 style="WIDTH: 15pt; HEIGHT: 15pt" alt="rolleyes.gif" type="#_x0000_t75"><v:imagedata o:href="http://67.15.129.139/5825/114/emo/rolleyes.gif" src="file:///C:\DOCUME~1\Hazel\LOCALS~1\Temp\msohtml1\01\clip_image008.gif"></v:imagedata></v:shape>
DS and DH were playing in one of the arcades so we went to get them and walked slowly through an eerily empty park to the Blue Lagoon. We asked for and got a Beach table and relaxed into the atmosphere. Our waitress was lovely and we all felt like we were in the <ST1:pCaribbean</ST1:p - despite our big jumpers!
DD ordered Meatballs and the Chef's Surprise from the kids menu, DS ordered corsair's Burger and Chocolate chip cake from the teen menu, I ordered Ham and Paw Paw, Tuna and Swordfish Fricasee and Baked banana and Ice Cream, and DH ordered Ham and Paw Paw, Chicken Curry and Creme Brulee. We had a bottle of red wine with dinner and the kids had fizzy drinks. It came to about 125 Euro's and we mostly enjoyed it. My food was lovely and DD loved hers - especially the Chef's Surprise <v:shape id=_x0000_i1033 style="WIDTH: 12pt; HEIGHT: 12pt" alt="wink3.gif" type="#_x0000_t75"><v:imagedata o:href="http://67.15.129.139/5825/114/emo/wink3.gif" src="file:///C:\DOCUME~1\Hazel\LOCALS~1\Temp\msohtml1\01\clip_image009.gif"></v:imagedata></v:shape>but DH and DS did have a few complaints.
<v:shape id=_x0000_i1034 style="WIDTH: 200.25pt; HEIGHT: 150pt" alt="user posted image" type="#_x0000_t75"><v:imagedata o:href="http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d39/HazelOwers/Dlrp125267x200.jpg" src="file:///C:\DOCUME~1\Hazel\LOCALS~1\Temp\msohtml1\01\clip_image010.jpg"></v:imagedata></v:shape>

Chef's Surprise
We finished our meal about 7.30 and rode PoTC a few times to round off the experience. We had the ride to ourselves and it added to the spooky atmosphere. As you can see from this picture, Rosie is a very apt name for me!
<v:shape id=_x0000_i1035 style="WIDTH: 200.25pt; HEIGHT: 150pt" alt="user posted image" type="#_x0000_t75"><v:imagedata o:href="http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d39/HazelOwers/Dlrp131267x200.jpg" src="file:///C:\DOCUME~1\Hazel\LOCALS~1\Temp\msohtml1\01\clip_image011.jpg"></v:imagedata></v:shape>
Dlrp131267x200.jpg

We headed back to the Hotel through a very dark and deserted park feeling rather full up. DS DD and DH went for a swim but I really didn't feel like it so I had a long bubble bath instead and started packing <v:shape id=_x0000_i1036 style="WIDTH: 11.25pt; HEIGHT: 11.25pt" alt="sad.gif" type="#_x0000_t75"><v:imagedata o:href="http://67.15.129.139/5825/114/emo/sad.gif" src="file:///C:\DOCUME~1\Hazel\LOCALS~1\Temp\msohtml1\01\clip_image007.gif"></v:imagedata></v:shape>
