Has anyone had the steak and prawns at RC? Is it any good or can you recommend something good? Can anyone tell me what time I should book an ADR for in Dec. if I want a seat for Illumnations?

We've never had the steak/prawns. Our group usually gets the fish/chips, salmon, shepherd's pie -- all wonderful!!! We usually make a reservation for 7:30 to 8:00 for Illuminations. They will not guarantee a water view -- its all luck! They do have a "standing" area where you can watch if your table is inside. The area did get quite crowded, and the adults who arrived first were not letting the kids get up to the railing to see. However, if you get a water-front table, it is great!

We had the fish and chips (English chips - like fat fries) from the takeout window and they were excellent.

We had a sit down meal inside R&C as we fancied some UK type food and were very disappointed. The mashed potato in particular was nothing like you get here.
