Rose and Crown reservations

We aren't going until February but I have been playing on the app to see what kinds of dining reservations are open right at the 60 day mark in an effort to prioritize harder to get locations. I've always noticed Rose and Crown has reservations available, that is until you get to January 15th and after. I never thought of it has a hard to get place but maybe with restrictions it is? Any advice or input is appreciated.

I have a trip booked for late January and I see R&C available as early as Jan. 23 and every day, thereafter, for my trip. Maybe just consider putting it toward the end of your trip to up your chances of booking?

I was working on ADRs for Jan. 19-22 last night, and R&C kept popping up but for very late, like 8:50 PM (just before start of Harmonious, but not the Harmonious package).
