We are booked in for tan 8pm sitting so will still be enjoying our food at 9pm in time for the Fireworks. Is there any way that I can guarantee an outside lake view or is it just the luck of the draw?

Sometimes they may allow you to wait for a table, but many times they simply tell you that you must take the table you are assigned or you give up your reservation.

Thanks for the answer. Thought that would be the case but unfortunately I'm not usually that LUCKY!
