Rose and Crown Booking in December

Does anyone know if anything is happening to Rose and Crown late this year / December? I am trying to book it 180+ days out for my December trip and it is showing as unavailable. When I try to book for the week of Nov 20, it works, but the entire week of Dec 4 it is completely unavailable, which seems odd to me. Thanks!!

I think there's an issue with a bunch of restaurants in Epcot because they are holding back so much inventory deciding what they need for Candlelight Processional.
