Had a really nice conversation with a great CM at dining services this morning. I called to get some PS for our trip in August. She mentioned eating at LTT. I told her that yes, we like it there, in fact have reservations for 11/30 before MVMCP. She said how nice to be going for Thanksgiving...where are we eating. I told her that we hadn't decided yet. She suggested the Rose and Crown. Said she's eaten there at Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. Any of you guys eaten there for Thanksgiving dinner? My dh isn't really crazy about turkey but dd and I are, so we're looking for someplace that will make us all happy!!

Believe it or not we were at the Rose and Crown last Thanksgiving!!!

We were looking for a non-Turkey dinner. We had decided it just wasn't right to have a Thanksgiving dinner in WDW, it belonged in my Dad's crowded little house. The CM on the phone informed us that the Epcot restaurants don't serve a Thanksgiving dinner. That was fine for us. When we were there the server let us know they did have a turkey dinner as well. DH had the fish and chips and I had the pot pie sampler platter. Mine was very good and DH thought his was OK. For dessert the sticky pudding was very yummy!! and DH enjoyed his black and tan. We enjoyed dinner and had great service. We are planning on going to the R&C again next trip.

Thanks so much! Sounds like a perfect fit for my family. And dd really liked the idea when I brought it up last night. Maybe we'll see you there!!
