Rosa Mexicano: Breakfast Choice

So, I have decided that Rosa Mexicano breakfast is a must-do for my upcoming solo trip.

My main reason for wanting to try out the Rosa Mexicano breakfast is for the buffet, which I have seen such rave reviews on. I want to give it a try before either the price goes up, it gets impossible to get a seat, and/or the quality diminishes.

But then....

There are Churro Mickey Waffles. Gorgeous, beautiful Churro Mickey Waffles. And as I don't anticipate going to Crystal Palace or on the Disney Wish anytime soon....this could be my chance!
