Rope drop from BWV to Epcot

We are going in 3 weeks and staying at BWV for the first time I was wondrting if the entrance near BWV is opened at rope drop or is it necassary to go to the main entrance?

There is no need to go to the main entrance, you can enter at the International Gateway at rope drop.

Actually I think it's a little earlier than "rope drop" since you have to go in and all the way up to the bridge over from World showcase. So if you plan to do "the run" from rope drop, give yourself time to get there.

Our family was there two weeks ago and stayed at BWV and you don't need to go to the main entrance. You can enter at the International Gateway and they will let you in before the official start time so that you can make your way into the park before they "officially" open. The CMs then walk you to Soarin' so that there isn't a complete mad rush to get the Land Pavilion.

I really enjoyed entering the park this way as it felt less stressful (probably just my imagination)! Also, it was only a 10 minute walk from BWV to the International Gateway, what a treat!

It's like one of the best kept secrets! One of the best parts of staying at BWV or BCV.

we were late getting in prior to the "official opening", but was treated for a surprised character caravan years ago. It's nice to walk through the back.
