Rope Drop - Eurodisney???

Just wondered if Eurodisney do rope drop each morning to open the park. It has been years since I have been to DLP and cannot remember! We were in Florida recently and they did it there and it was a great way to start your day!!

They don't. They open the main park at 9am and they just have Mickey come to the turnstyles to welcome people in. The lands don't open until 10am, they're roped off but they just drop the ropes at 10am. There's no ceremony.

It's a similar story in the studios. A character nromally comes to the gates to welcome you. Studio one is the only bit open at first. They do have some music and an announcement as they let you out of studio one.

Last year when we went in November at studio's before they open the gates they chose a child to do the clapper board(if that's what they are called) they took them through the gates infront of everyone they took lots of pictures of that child and once the child had done the big main clap with the board they would start letting you enter through the turn styles (I really hope that made sense)
