Rope Drop: Drive or Bus?

We'll be staying at Allstar Movie Resort for a couple days after Christmas and will have our own vehicle. We want to arrive early for rope drop. Given it's such a busy time and park parking is free for guests staying at WDW resorts (and we'll have our massive double stroller), are we better off taking the bus to the parks (MK and EP), or should we drive?

We bus it to MK because you get dropped right off at the gate, we drive to AK because we've experienced long waits getting out of there by bus and we walk to Epcot and DHS from our room at Board Walk. Also we drive to DS.

Always better to bus to MK. The others are a personal choice. We bus everywhere but car can be quicker at the end of the day.

Thank you! I didn't realize the bus dropped you off right in front. I've heard the busses start running at 6:30AM. Is that correct?

Our experience is that the busses start running at least 90 minutes before park opening.

I would take the bus a get dropped off near the entrance. Parking at the TTC would only add extra time getting from there to the entrance via ferry or monorail.
