Rope drop at MK this week

We arrive at WDW on Friday. We plan to be at MK by 6:45 am Saturday for 7:00 magic hour. How crowded will it be at this time??? So early!!!!

We will probably skip the opening as we have seen it many times. Just not sure we can get up much earlier. Wondering what the crowd size will be that early. Hoping it is not too heavy.

I think 6:45 is close to the time that the show might be ending and you'll be waiting outside of the tapstiles until it concludes

Personally, if you can't get there till 6:45 you might as well wait and arrive shortly after 7:00. Let those that got there early get through the turnstiles. Getting there at 6:45 is just going to put you behind all the others waiting to get in. Sleep those extra 15 min instead.

And being this Friday I would guess the RD crowd will be pretty big
