RootBeer Float with Souvenier Staw in AK?

I read about this but wasn't sure if it was still available, and if so, where it could be found. Anyone know?

in 2007 we got a souvie straw with safari pluto on it. It was hard plastic straw/spoon. This was from a snack stand in Camp Mnnie Mickey. No sure if they still had them this year. It was on our list, but the snack stands were closed as seasonal when we went in 2009 (Jan)
