Are thre other rooms than the ones located in the shop and the Everest room still available?

I saw a woodsy-treehouselooking room the other day and I have also seen some other rooms, which I think might be retired.

I just want to make sure I am not missing anything.

It might have been in the player's guide and I just missed it.

I didnt notice any missing, magic.

And bytheblood, I believe the room you might be thinking about is the splash mountain bayou room which is still available to buy.
