Hello!
We will be going to Disney and staying at OKW at the end of August. We are going from a Tuesday until the following Monday so we will need to stay over night on the weekend. We would like to use an AP rate on the weekend nights and points for the addition week day nights. Are we able to stay in the same room for our entire stay? Can we do this using only one check in? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you reserve everything thru MS, you may be able to do it with one check in.

If you want to take advantage of AP rates, you will have to reserve that thru CRO and it will require anothetr check in. Many have been able to link the reservations together and thus, not habe to change rooms, but that is not guaranteed since the reservations will be made thru two different systems.

It can certainly save some $$ if you can find an AP rate. Make sure to see if MS can offer a DVC discount (then you won't have to change rooms or make any other special requests). Good luck!

Enjoy!

You cannot be guaranteed to stay in the same room with a CRO and a DVC points reservation but it likely will work out. There are steps you can do to increase your chances.

I just asked MS last week about doing something similar - wanted to book thru CRO with AP rate for Sat. night before our Sept. trip and not have to move. MS said while they cannot guarantee not having to move, to have both MS and CRO put in extensive notes on the ressies saying that you have a ressie with both and if possible to try to keep you in the same room. She said to also reitterate it all with the CM checking you in and that hopefully you won't end up having to move.

Best of luck!

:D We've done this several times. Always waited till the last minute, though, and were never able to get member rental rates. So we had to book thru CRO. When checking in, we explain we have an additional reservation back to back. They look it up. We've never had to move yet. Have to check in again, but have never had to move. Good luck, don't let it hold you back!!
