Can someone tell me what RC ships have rooms for five and what the categories are? I hate how rooms for five are not available on their website.

I thought maybe someone on here would know off top of head or have an easy to go to list.

Thanks!

I can only tell u what we have booked. But for our family of 5 we booked a family ocean view stateroom. On freedom of the seas. Says it sleeps up to 6. Has a set of bunks, a pull out sofa and twin beds that push together to make a king.

On their website you can choose a ship, then go under state rooms and it will show you the different state rooms on that ship. But I did have to call RCCL to get the quote for it because I couldnt get that online.

I know the wait times are long, but I would just call. Or pick a TA (Costcotravel.com? dreamsunlimited?) and make that question the start of a booking. :)

Family Interior Promenade
Family Ocean View

These have been quoted cheaper to me over the phone than 2 connecting state rooms of the same "view".

If you go Ocean View check out the following cabins with unique layout. Forward Facing with 4 portholes, 8200, 8500, 9200, 9500 on Freedom Class Ships

There's also Family Balcony, Presidential Family (on some ships), Royal Family Suite.

Almost all the ships will have Family Oceanview and Royal Family Suite. I think Majesty is the only exception (but it could have them as well).

The Freedom and Oasis classes will have the other categories.

Quantum is adding a category - Family Junior Suite that sleeps 5. In addition, they have a junior suite+balcony+inside combo that can be booked all together. But it doesn't have the other sleep 5/6 categories that other ships have.

Our superior ocean view (balcony) on Enchantment of the Seas last week would have slept 5. It had the 2 twins together for DH and I. The sofa folded flat to make a double or queen and there was a pullman from the ceiling. I had to really look at the deck plans and find the rooms that had the pullman because DS and DD dont like to sleep together.
