Can I book a room and get the dining plan. Then purchase my tickets on mousesavers??

No you must buy a package through Disney (or a TA who is booking thru Disney) that includes room and a ticket to get the dining plans. A minimum of one day ticket for everyone in the room is required for adding the paid dining plan.

The only exceptions is if one person has an AP, military, or your are staying DVC on points
