I keep reading that some people are getting room upgrades from Pop Century to OKW or All Star Movies to WL How does this happen

disney overbooked the value resorts (mostly in connection with the free dining promotion, IIRC) and some lucky folks were offered a chance to upgrade resorts.

it's not something you can plan to have happen or ask for...you either luck out or you don't...
