Room upgrade request at port?

So right now it sounds like they are starting to offer room upgrades at port. If I have a B2B and they have the room available on both cruises is there an issue of switch on both cruises? I suspect just the 1st cruise would be discounted though?

Additionally any chance of getting a discount on an upgrade prior to port arrival if I have a B2B or is it pretty much take or leave it pricing until the day of correct?

Pricing at the port will be less expensive than even a day before if policy is the same as pre Covid.

There is a chart they use to determine port day pricing. No one has seen this chart but the CM will refer to it and tell you a price based on what category you have and what category you want to upgrade to. Let us know what happens.
