Actually, if the in-laws go, they can book the rooms legally, and then how they actually sleep really doesn't matter.
Many years ago, we had a group of 10 of us in 3 rooms at All-Star Music. Two of the rooms were connecting. Four in one room and 6 spread over the other two rooms. There were 4 adults and 6 kids. How we actually ended up sleeping was me and hubby in one room, grandma and Aunt T in another room, and all 6 kids bunked out together in the connecting room to grandma's and Aunt T's room. (Of course grandma and Aunt T are lots more fun than mom and dad
)The 3 girls took the beds and the 3 boys crashed in sleeping bags on the floor. Now, if Disney had knocked on the door, it would have been a simple matter of two of the kids moving next door.
An as far as air mattresses. One time when we had two rooms at All-Star Music with 6 adults, we did set up twin air mattress cots along the wall, so that each adult could have their own bed. We moved the chairs elsewhare and pushed the table up against the TV unit. Housekeeping even made up the extra bed for us.
