Room service

I read somewhere that full menu room service is available at all DVC resorts (except OKW). Both times we've stayed at SSR, there's not been a menu in the room (once in a Studio, once in a 2-bed), although I have seen them at BWV and BCV. Has anyone seen one at SSR? Do I just need to ask for one?

I dont't know the answer Deb, but am really interested if someone does. The only thing we have ever been able to get is Pizza which was delivered by the Port Orleans delivery service, it took three hours to arrive and was stone cold. This may be unfair to them, I don't know what the normal delivery service is like, we happened to order on the coldest night of the year, when I suspect lots of people stayed in their rooms and ordered pizza! The several times we have stayed at POFQ and ordered pizza it has always been delivered quickly and hot. Really interested to see any other responses you get which may offer us more choices x

I thought SSR only had a room pizza delivery and then menu was on one of the Disney info tv channels last year when we were there. All the other resorts, bar OKW, are attached to hotel resorts so room service is easily offered.

That makes sense, Claire and is probably why I've never questioned the lack of room service menu at SSR. I can't remember where I read this little tidbit. I know it was within the last week or so, but it could have been out of date, nonetheless - maybe written before SSR came into being.
