Do most of you veterans book the room beforehand and than phone back when the codes come out? I haven't done this but have seen it mentioned. If we want TS building at ASMovies specifically should we be booking asap rather than waiting for the codes?

I would.:p We always book a year ahead, pay the deposit, then sit back and wait for the discounts to come. ~:D~

Is there ever any problems changing the ressies? You can just modify the ressie? They don't make you cancel and make a new one with the code?

It depends on who you book through (DC, CRO, WDTC). In the case where we had booked a DC ressie and then changed it to a code anyone could use, they had to make a new reservation and credit our charge card for the DC ressie. We've never had any trouble with it. But if you book through CRO for rack rate, then a code comes out, you can just apply the code to your existing reservation. ~:D~
