Room requests

Need some advise please. Staying at WL and then AKL for 3 and 4 nights respectively in November. We'll be travelling with our 16 month old. We have a woods view room at WL and a deluxe savannah room at AKL. Since we'll be coming back to the room mid-day and then spending a good part of our evenings there we'd like the best rooms possible - especially at AKL - we'd like a room where animals should be visible around noon and again early evening if that is possible. Am I asking for too much??? Would love some room advise. Oh yeah, and we'd rather not have to walk miles and miles to get to the pool/lobby. Thanks!!

One other thing - would love to see the electric water pageant from our room at WL if possible - I kinda doubt it with a woods view but I really don't know for sure.
