I hope this is the right place to post this. While doing online check-in for our resort, the "select room option" isn't allowing me to choose anything. It just says "select," but doesn't allow me to do anything. Is a phone call to the resort the best way to make a room request?

Thank you!

Don't call the resort. Call the reservation phone number and have it noted on your reservation.

This should be a sticky, LOL. New posts practically every day about this issue which has been ongoing....

I must be the only one who checks in in person and make my room request right there, lol. This has worked so well for us, however we usually arrive somewhat early, mid day or so, and make our requests to the CM. They have always been so helpful and if my desired request can be met but the room is not ready we just have lunch and enjoy the resort until I get the text. Am I the only one who does it this way??

Maybe, lol! I always make my requests and have them noted on my reservation.

Like everyone has mentioned, it has not worked in a while, plus; your options were very basic. If I do online check-in, I skip that part because when I make my reservation, I always call and I always add my requests then. I will also follow up with a fax, it doesn't hurt:)
