when can you make your room requests online?

The online check-in starts 60 days before your trip. You can always call and have a CM add it to your reservation at anytime.

Faxes are accepted for room requests 4 days prior to arrival. With the exception being the Wilderness Lodge (they do not accept faxes for requests.)
