You need to call the specific number for your resort. Where are you staying?

Your best bet is to either e-mail Disney with your request, or phone them and have it noted on your booking.

Phone them and have it noted on your booking. It's not guaranteed, but we have always been granted our requests and this is the way I have always done it.

When do you leave? If it's in the next week, then phone the resort. If you've got a while yet, rather have it noted on your reservation with Disney reservations
