Room Requests ?

We are renting points to stay at OKW 2 weeks from tomorrow (10/25). At what point can we put in a specific room request ? Can we only do that at checkin or can we do it ahead of time ?

Room requests should be on the reservation. You'll need to call the owner and ask him/her to call Member Services and add your request to the reservation.

You can also make a request at check in.

If you are not the owner of the points, you won't be able to call Member Services for any reason.
