Room requests/Polynesian conceirge

I have received my " Personal Vacation Itineraries" from the Polynesian this week. We are staying in a garden view room. I did jot down the need to be on a first floor because of mobility issues. Do you feel I also need to fax in a room request? Should I also call 3-4 days prior to going? Leaving May 5th and staying till the 11th then doing DCL.

You don't need to fax your room request if you are staying concierge. If you would like to email them the email address is located on Tikimans site. www.tikiman2001.homestead.com
The concierge staff is always helpful and I think you will find anything you need they will bend over backwards to make your stay a great one.
