Room requests-Is Member services good enough?

I put our room request through member services. Should I contact resort? I did on line check in but the option for room request wasn't a field I could fill out.

We've visited Aulani 4 times now and having our room requests noted by MS was all we needed.

We requested a "travel with" with MS and it worked like a charm. They put our 2 villas so close we had a 2 bedroom for the half of our vacation that they were at Aulani the same time as us
