We are traveling with my grandmother (78) and would like to be near the food court, 1st floor, adjoining rooms, etc., etc., etc.

Which is the more effective way to make these requests? Should we fax in our request or call the CRO and add it to our ressies. In the past I have always called the CRO, but since "Grandma" is coming with this time, I want to make it as easy as possible for her.

I appreciate your input!

I have stayed at CBR twice and both times were with people who needed to be close to the food court and a bus stop for medical reasons. I did have it noted on my reservation but I also called the CBR Front Desk personally the day before our trip and spoke to a CM. I stressed the reason for needing a convenient location and both times we were put in Martinique 25. The first time I didn't specifically request building 25, the CM put us there based on my phone call. The second time, just a couple of weeks ago, I directly requested Martinique 25 and my request was honored. I have never faxed in a request, but from what I've read, many people have successfully. I personally like to speak to a "live" person with something as important as room location, especially with the medical concerns. I am always very friendly, and explain why I need this specific request. Good luck! :)
