Room request.

Hi,
We will be staying at Saratoga Springs in October. We are going with other family members and have two studio rooms booked. Will I be able to request that these rooms are next to each other? How do I make this request and how far in advance does the request need to be made?

You can request rooms near each other, but it's a request, so there's no guarantee. Make sure you are connected on MDE as "traveling with." You can do it anytime, the sooner the better.

Hopefully they will know that we are travelling together as I made the reservation for both rooms via our DVC membership.

The room assigners will likely not have that information. Call and have it noted.
As stated, it is a request and requests are never guaranteed. They will do their best but you could even be in different buildings based on Villa availability on check in day
