Room request

I wondered if there is a way of adding a special request ie 'high floor' to a booking made online - cant seem to work it out!

Is it best to email them perhaps - or just request at check in? I would prefer not having to telephone them as we live overseas.

We emailed our request last time we stayed at RPR. It didn't do us any good as the room we requested wasn't available when we checked in. They definitely got our request, though, as the check-in agent apologised for not beign able to accommodate us, whcih was nice of her (it was only a request after all)

call the hotel direct about 4 days out from your stay to make the request.





i only book by phone.
when i do my booking, i always have my room requests listed on the ressie.

you can call now and have your request added to the notes on you reservation.
